Job highlights

• 4 years experience as a Technical Architect is desirable Responsible for planning and designing technical architecture solutions for ServiceNow CSM,ITSM processes in alignment with customer requirements . In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and ServiceNow experience on ITSM,CSM modules in capacity of providing design and solutions .

In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and ServiceNow experience on ITSM, CSM modules in capacity of providing design and solutions

Hands on experience in change management design, planning and implementation Integrating ServiceNow CM with Incident management, Problem management, Release management etc using REST and/or SOAP

Should have experience in providing wholesome technical guidance to team members, should possess very good client interaction skills and be adept in issue resolution skills

Should be adept in implementing relevant quality measures/processes to ensure robust product deliverables

Experience of working in an Agile delivery model is good-to-have ServiceNow certifications are a good-to-have
