What they need

Top Flight Maintenance is hiring a Snow Maintenance Technician to support winter operations and help keep client properties safe and accessible during snow and ice events. This seasonal, non-driving role focuses on hands-on snow and ice maintenance such as shoveling, walkways, and applying ice melt.

Key Responsibilities

  • Snow & Ice Maintenance: Shovel snow, maintain walkways and assigned areas, and apply ice melt as directed.

  • Property Safety: Help maintain safe, accessible client properties during winter weather by paying close attention to snow and ice conditions.

  • Team & Route Support: Follow team lead direction, work within assigned routes or sites, and communicate completion or site concerns.

  • Safe Work Practices: Use assigned tools and materials safely and follow winter work procedures.

  • Weather-Driven Availability: Be available for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays when snow events require service.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed during snow events.

  • Reliable transportation to and from the assigned reporting location or job site.

  • Physical ability to shovel snow, lift and carry materials, and perform manual labor for extended periods.

  • Ability to work outdoors in snow, ice, cold temperatures, and other difficult winter conditions.

  • Prior snow maintenance experience, including shoveling or de-icing applications, is a plus but not required.

  • Team-oriented, dependable, and attentive to detail.

  • This is a non-driving snow role; operation of company plow trucks is not part of the position.

  • Authorized to work in the United States.

What Success Looks Like

  • Assigned walkways and areas are maintained thoroughly and treated for ice as directed.

  • The employee reports as scheduled and on time when snow events occur.

  • Work is completed safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail.

  • The employee communicates clearly with the team lead and supports the crew throughout the event.

  • Client properties are left safe and accessible within the employee's assigned scope.
