As we prepare for the 2026–2027 winter season, we’re looking to expand our snow management team with experienced plow truck drivers and independent snow removal subcontractors.

Position Overview

We’re seeking dependable, experienced snow plow truck operators to support our residential and commercial snow removal operations throughout the winter season.

We are considering two types of candidates:

Company Plow Truck Drivers: Experienced drivers who will operate company-provided snow removal equipment.

Independent Subcontractors: Individuals or businesses with their own properly equipped plow trucks who are interested in providing snow removal services under a subcontractor agreement.

Both opportunities require dependable availability during winter weather events, a commitment to safety, and the ability to complete assigned routes efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow plowing operations at assigned residential and commercial properties.
• Safely navigate parking lots, driveways, access roads, and other designated areas.
• Maintain communication with snow management supervisors throughout storm events.
• Respond promptly to scheduled snow events, including overnight, weekend, and holiday operations.
• Monitor site conditions and report hazards, equipment issues, or service concerns.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism.
• Follow established snow removal procedures and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous snow plowing experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation and dependable communication.
• Ability to work independently and follow assigned routes.
• Flexible availability during winter weather events.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and quality workmanship.

Additional Requirements for Independent Subcontractors:

• Own or have access to a reliable, properly equipped snow plow truck.
• Maintain appropriate commercial insurance coverage and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI).
• Be responsible for maintaining and operating their own equipment.
• Ability to enter into a written subcontractor agreement with Faulkner’s Landscaping & Nursery.

Schedule & Availability

Snow removal is weather-dependent, and work schedules will vary based on storm timing, accumulation, and customer requirements.

Candidates must be available for overnight, early morning, weekend, and holiday snow events. Extended shifts may be required during significant storms.
