PLOW DRIVERS WANTED: No Driveways. No Retail. No Headaches.

Looking for a commercial plowing gig without the usual winter frustrations? Two of our long-term drivers are retiring after 20+ years, opening two seats in our plow trucks or Freightliner M2 plow/salt trucks.

We exclusively service two neighboring office parks (3 buildings across 50 acres) located within 5 miles of the Rt. 2 and I-495 intersection.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: $30.00+ per hour (depending on experience).
• End-of-Season Bonus: Extra cash in your pocket for staying dependable all winter.
• Guaranteed Hours: We head out at just ½” of accumulation. If it snows, you make money.
• Year-Round Income: Option to transition straight into our landscaping crew when spring rolls around.

Why This Gig is Different

• No micro properties: No tight residential driveways, packed retail lots, busy gas stations, or high-stress condo complexes. Just two straightforward, commercial properties right next to each other.
• Stay Warm: Most sidewalk work is done from inside a heated cab using our onsite ASV RT40 however minimal manual shoveling required with a few sets of stairs at each building
• Predictable Schedule: Properties operate Weekdays (4 AM–Midnight) and Saturdays (4 AM–early afternoon). They are closed on Sundays and major holidays (Christmas/New Year's), so we prioritize storm management (with predictable tenant traffic) during business hours, and clean up overnight.

What You Need

• Experience: Proven track record operating plow and salt trucks.
• Reliability: Ready to roll when the flakes fall and stick with it until the job is done right.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 40.0 per week

License/Certification:
