Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Snow Removal Technician to assist with snow clearing operations during winter months. This role involves operating provided trucks to efficiently remove snow from designated areas, ensuring safety and accessibility for clients and the public. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, punctual, and committed to maintaining safe work practices in winter conditions.

Duties

• Operate snow plow trucks provided by the company to clear snow from roads, driveways, parking lots, and walkways.
• Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely snow removal during winter storms.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
• Apply salt or other de-icing materials as needed to prevent ice formation and improve safety.
• Maintain safety standards at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress or any issues encountered.
• Assist with additional winter maintenance tasks as assigned to support overall site safety and accessibility.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate trucks equipped for snow removal; previous experience is preferred
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual tasks in cold weather conditions.
• Ability to work outdoors in winter weather, often during early mornings or late nights when storms occur.
• Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures.
• Reliable transportation to reach work sites if not provided directly by the company.
• Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
