Join the Plant Concepts Snow & Ice Management Team

Plant Concepts is looking for dependable and experienced Snow Removal Equipment Operators to join our snow & ice management team for the winter season. Our snow division operates a modern, state-of-the-art fleet of equipment to provide efficient, reliable, and safe service to our commercial clients throughout the winter.

Equipment Operators play an important role in keeping commercial properties safe, accessible, and well-maintained during snow and ice events.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned snow removal equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clear snow and ice from commercial properties according to company standards.
• Follow assigned routes, instructions, and storm-management plans.
• Perform snow removal, plowing, salting, and snow relocation as assigned.
• Inspect equipment before and after use and report any issues promptly.
• Work safely around vehicles, pedestrians, equipment, and other crew members.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and managers throughout snow events.
• Adapt to changing weather and site conditions while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Help ensure customer properties are safe, accessible, and completed to company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional snow removal experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Flexible schedule and availability during snow and ice events, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to safely operate and care for commercial snow removal equipment.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work in changing winter weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
