As we prepare for the 2026-27 snow season, we are looking to expand our team with dedicated and experienced professionals.

Job Overview:

We are seeking EXPERIENCED and RELIABLE front loader drivers to join our team for the upcoming snow season. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience operating front loaders or similar equipment on a daily basis. Our fleet includes newer Komatsu, John Deere, and Case models, ranging from size 250 and up, equipped with 12 and 14 ft push boxes. These advanced loaders feature a system that allows you to unhook the pusher box without leaving the cab, enhancing both efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Operate modern front loaders (Komatsu, John Deere, Case models, 250 and up) for snow plowing during the winter season.
• Utilize equipment features effectively, including the no-cab exit system for unhooking the pusher box.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
• Follow all company policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating front loaders or similar equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
