Position Overview

We are currently hiring Snow Removal Labourers to join our winter operations team. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role suited for individuals who are dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to work flexible hours depending on snowfall.

Key Responsibilities

• Shovel, sweep, and clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, entrances, stairs, and pathways.
• Spread salt, sand, or ice melt to prevent slips and falls.
• Operate snow blowers, sweepers, and other snow removal equipment (training provided if needed).
• Assist with light maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Respond quickly to snow events, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
• Input/Use documentation software for jobs/site visits
• Operate company vehicle / equipment (Not Required, but an ASSET)
• Preform site visits ensuring safety / quality control

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in extreme cold and winter conditions.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing repetitive shoveling and bending.
• Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Previous snow removal or outdoor labour experience is an asset but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from worksites.
