Responsibilities:

• Operate front end loader to clear roads, parking lots, and other designated areas
• Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely snow removal
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust plowing techniques as necessary - Inspect and maintain snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning - Use smartphone application to fill out site logs - On Call 24/7 for snow events with 8-12 hours notice

Skills:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Experience operating loader / clearing snow
• Knowledge of snow removal techniques and safety procedures
• Ability to work in cold and challenging weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to perform long shifts as needed

Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Snow removal: 1 year (required)

Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Class 5 Licence (required)
