We're looking for reliable, safety-focused Snow Removal Operators who take pride in operating equipment, working independently, and delivering exceptional service during winter weather events. What You'll Do

As a Snow Removal Operator, you'll play an important role in keeping commercial properties safe and accessible throughout the winter season. Responsibilities include:

• Operate loaders, skid steers, tractors, pickup trucks with snowplows, and salt spreaders.

• Clear snow from commercial parking lots, roadways, sidewalks, and designated areas.

• Apply salt, sand, and other de-icing materials to improve traction and prevent icy conditions.

• Load salt and de-icing materials into your assigned vehicle.

• Monitor site conditions and perform snow removal efficiently while preventing property damage.

• Respond promptly to snow and ice events, including overnight, weekend, and holiday call-outs.

• Maintain communication with supervisors throughout each event.

• Complete pre- and post-trip equipment inspections.

• Complete time logs, equipment inspections, and material usage reports accurately.

• Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.

• Deliver professional, dependable service to our clients every shift.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals who are dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to respond when winter weather hits.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ontario Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.

• Minimum 2 years of commercial and/or residential snow removal experience.

• Experience operating one or more of the following:

• Loaders

• Skid steers

• Tractors

• Pickup trucks with plows and spreaders

• Comfortable working independently in challenging winter conditions.

• Available for on-call shifts from November through April, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.

• Reliable transportation to report to assigned Hamilton locations.

• Cell phone with data for communication during snow events.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe operations.
