Snow Removal Operators-Experience Required

Job Summary

Willie C. & Sons Landscaping is seeking experienced Snow Removal Operators to join our winter operations team. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently clearing snow from commercial properties throughout the winter season.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment, including plow trucks, skid steers, and/or excavators
• Safely and efficiently plow, push, load, and remove snow from designated properties
• Perform snow removal and de-icing operations as needed
• Conduct pre- and post-storm equipment checks and report any maintenance or equipment concerns
• Follow assigned routes and communicate with supervisors regarding site conditions or issues
• Work safely in changing winter weather and road conditions
• Maintain a professional and dependable attitude while working independently or as part of a team

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a plow truck, skid steer, or excavator is required
• Clean and valid driver's license required
• Ability to safely operate equipment in winter weather conditions
• Must be reliable and responsive during snow events
• Must be willing to work on call, including nights, weekends, holidays, and early mornings when storms require
• Must understand that hours are weather-dependent and not guaranteed
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in cold and winter conditions
• Strong commitment to safety and following company procedures
