We are looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in Snowflake, DBT, and AI-driven data engineering solutions to join our growing data and analytics team.

Role : Snowflake / DBT / Cortex AI Developer

Experience : 10+ Years

Technical Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse and cloud-based data platforms.
• Expertise in DBT (Data Build Tool) for developing and managing data transformation workflows.
• Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI or a strong interest in implementing AI-powered use cases within Snowflake.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehousing, Dimensional Modeling, Star Schema, and Data Modeling concepts .
• Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of performance tuning, query optimization, and Snowflake resource management.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data models and pipelines within Snowflake.
• Build and maintain data transformation frameworks using DBT.
• Develop and integrate AI/ML capabilities leveraging Snowflake Cortex AI features.
• Implement best practices for dimensional modeling, star schema design, and enterprise data warehousing.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to design scalable data solutions.
• Optimize Snowflake workloads, query performance, and compute/storage utilization.
• Develop and maintain DBT models, tests, documentation, and reusable transformation frameworks.
• Manage version-controlled analytics engineering code using Git and CI/CD processes.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, governance, and performance standards are met.
• Participate in design reviews, troubleshooting, and production support activities.

Good to Have

• Experience with Python for data engineering and data transformation.
• Exposure to other cloud data warehouses and modern data platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/ML implementation within enterprise data ecosystems.
• Experience working with large-scale analytics and reporting environments.
