Snowflake Data Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Database Engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on Snowflake experience preferred. Strong SQL developers with solid data engineering/modelling experience and an interest in learning Snowflake
• Strong expertise in Snowflake features(Streams, Snowpipe, Tasks, Snowpark etc.)
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts(dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schema)
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge
• Experience with data pipelines and integration (Knowledge in ADO, GitHub, Liquibase is good)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environments
• Exposure to Kafka or similar streaming tools

Good to Have

• Experience with low-latency data platforms
• Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks
• Exposure to Financial Services / Blockchain domain
