What they need
- At least 3 years as a Snowflake/Data Engineer, with strong SQL and Snowflake scripting, working knowledge of Snowflake internals (tuning, clustering, caching), and experience in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Lead end-to-end Snowflake implementations using the platform's latest features
- Build reusable frameworks, UDFs, and components with Snowpark or SQL scripting
- Develop performance-optimized ELT pipelines using Snowflake-native capabilities and modern tooling
- Enable GenAI use cases through Snowflake Cortex AI, with custom workflows and business logic
- Set up data governance, security models, RBAC, and masking policies aligned to compliance standards
- Handle performance tuning, workload monitoring, and continuous optimization
- Ensure data quality across every stage of the pipeline
