Okorio is a Workday-certified, Snowflake-partnered AI and analytics consulting firm based in Dallas, TX. We help enterprise clients modernize their data platforms and activate AI, spanning Workday data and finance/HR ecosystems as well as broader enterprise data on Snowflake. Our Snowflake practice is growing quickly, and this role is central to that growth: part senior technical delivery lead, part practice builder.

The Role

We are looking for a Snowflake Lead to anchor our Snowflake delivery capability while helping shape where the practice goes next. This is a hybrid role by design. The majority of your time (about 70%) is spent as the senior technical lead on active client engagements, architecting and delivering Snowflake solutions and making sure delivery quality stays high. The rest of your time (about 30%) is spent outside any single engagement: supporting pre-sales and scoping for new Snowflake opportunities, contributing to practice strategy and growth planning, and building the reusable frameworks, accelerators, and intellectual property that make every future engagement faster and better.

This role suits someone who wants more than a pure delivery seat, someone who wants a real hand in building a practice, shaping its technical point of view, and being in the room when deals get scoped and won, while still staying close enough to the work to keep their hands on the keyboard.

What You Will Do

Client Delivery (~70%)

• Serve as the senior Snowflake architect and technical lead across active client engagements, from platform design through migration, optimization, and go-live

• Own technical quality and delivery outcomes: data modeling, ELT/integration pipeline design, performance and cost optimization, and security and governance

• Act as the client-facing technical advisor, translating business requirements into a sound Snowflake architecture and defending design decisions directly with client stakeholders

• Provide technical direction and mentorship to delivery consultants and engineers staffed on Snowflake engagements

• Identify expansion and adjacent-opportunity signals within active engagements and route them back into the pipeline

Pre-Sales, Strategy & IP (~30%)

• Support scoping, discovery calls, and solutioning for new Snowflake opportunities, including SOWs, level-of-effort estimates, and proposal content

• Partner with practice and firm leadership on Snowflake growth strategy: where to invest, what to differentiate on, and how to sequence hiring against demand

• Build reusable IP: reference architectures, migration playbooks, estimating models, and delivery accelerators that reduce future engagement risk and timeline

• Represent Okorio within the Snowflake Partner Network, including maintaining relevant certifications and building relationships with Snowflake account teams for co-selling

• Contribute to thought leadership such as case studies, technical write-ups, and conference or webinar content that supports the practice's market position

What You Will Bring

• Active Snowflake SnowPro Advanced Architect certification (or ability to obtain within the first 90 days)

• 7+ years architecting and deploying secure, production-grade cloud data warehouse solutions, including 5+ years hands-on with Snowflake specifically
