Snowflake Power BI admin

We are looking for an experienced Snowflake / Power BI Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Snowflake, SQL, ETL/ELT, data engineering, and Power BI. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable data solutions, ensuring data quality, and delivering enterprise-level analytics and reporting.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake

• Strong SQL skills including:

• CTEs

• Joins

• Window Functions

• Query Optimization

• Strong experience in ETL/ELT and Data Engineering

• Experience in Data Modelling and Data Validation

• Hands-on Power BI dashboard and report development

• Experience working on enterprise-scale projects

• Strong understanding of data pipelines, data quality, and performance optimization

Preferred Skills

• DBT
• Apache Airflow
• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Databricks
• ServiceNow / ITSM exposure
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure
• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and modern data engineering practices

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Snowflake data solutions
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines
• Develop efficient SQL queries and optimize data processing performance
• Design scalable data models for analytics and reporting
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Work with business and technical teams to understand data requirements
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues and ensure timely resolution
• Contribute to enterprise data engineering and analytics initiatives
• Follow data governance, security, and development best practices
