What they need
We’re looking for hardworking and motivated people to help create the best snow surfaces at the mountain. As part of the snowmaking and maintenance team, you’ll work outdoors in all conditions to set up, operate, and monitor snowmaking equipment to keep our slopes covered and ready for guests.
No experience? No problem but a valid driver’s license is a must — we’ll train anyone with a strong work ethic and a love for being outside. If you enjoy staying active, working with a tight-knit crew, and being part of what makes the ski season happen, this is the job for you!
We have both day and night shifts available. Day shifts are paid $19/hour and night shifts are paid $20/hour.
These tea members also receive a complimentary season pass for themselves and their dependants, food discounts and an invite to the end of season party.
