Snowplow Driver

This position is a part-time, on-call, seasonal role that can become year-round. The Snowplow Driver’s are responsible for clearing snow from driveways and parking lots of our residential and commercial clients. Employment starts once the snow season begins.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate snowplow trucks and related equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and other designated areas.
• Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, or team members regarding conditions, progress, and completed routes.
• Flexible work schedule as business demands.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies while operating equipment.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings to avoid damage to property, vehicles, or landscaping.
• Use proper signage, lights, and communication methods during operations.
• Reports to work on time each shift.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any mechanical issues.
• Conduct basic maintenance such as fueling, cleaning, and minor adjustments
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record or chauffeur license is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20 - $30 per hour based on expenses but will train

Hours: 11pm-7am Typically but may vary
