• Deal with customer complaints, reduce Customer quality PPM.
• Project quality transfer window to support quality issue be solved and/or effectively monitor in SOP phase.
• Cooperate with program manager to ensure the new program launch to mass production smoothly; Recognize the potential risk and develop the preventive action;
• Prepare and submit the customer PPAP, follow up the approval status
• Handle the warranty issue and try to reduce the warranty charge KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deal with the Customer quality issues and reduce customer PPM, statistical and review the customer monthly PPM.
• Take control of COPQ to meet KPI requirements.
• Resolve customer complaints with 8D/A3 and other quality tools of mass production, follow up and close the issues thoroughly to avoid the repeat issue.
• Enhance customer satisfaction with fast response and good service.
• Visit the customer timely to keep a good cooperation relationship.
• Lessons learn look across to similar products and program
• Participate in project management of APQP, to recognize potential quality risk and push the team to work out the preventive action.
• Lead the team to develop and review the control plan according to the PFMEA.
• Prepare and submit the PPAP as customer request and follow up the approval status.
• Focus on the quality issues occurrence during SOP+90 days and participate with 8D and other quality tools.
• Be responsible for supplier new program development, review and approve supplier PPAP; Lead the supplier runrate.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Technical University graduated, majored in Mechanical / Material Engineering
• Familiar with IATF16949, be known with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, GD&T etc. Quality tools. Good English is preferred
• Use the 8D/A3 approach to solve the problem.
• Analytical ability, fact-oriented, quick in understanding and problem solving, integer personality, responsible, self-motivated and can work under pressure.
