Snr. Graphic Designer

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for Graphic Designers with 2-4 years of experience to create high-impact work across digital, brand and integrated campaigns. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, hands-on design skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for digital campaigns, social media, brand communications and presentations
• Translate briefs into compelling concepts and visual narratives
• Maintain design quality and brand consistency across all deliverables
• Collaborate closely with strategy, content and tech teams
• Explore emerging design trends, tools and formats

Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in creative or digital agencies
• A relevant degree or diploma from accredited, reputed design institutes
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution skills
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and PowerPoint; motion design skills are a plus
• Experience working with enterprise or global brands is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
