  • Evaluate, select, negotiate with, and manage marketing agencies, vendors, platforms, and digital service providers to expand reach and improve lead quality.
  • Own marketing budgets, forecasting, performance reporting, and ROI optimization across global and regional initiatives.
  • Analyze channel performance, vendor reports, dashboards, and CRM data to identify trends, improve campaign effectiveness, and guide investment decisions.
  • Test emerging acquisition opportunities, including paid search, paid social, display, and other digital channels, to diversify lead sources.
  • Collaborate with Web and Campaigns teams to create consistent user journeys, messaging, landing pages, emails, digital advertisements, and other promotional assets.
  • Review and approve demand generation content, including webinar abstracts, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital advertising copy.
  • Monitor full-funnel digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and new acquisition strategies to maintain a competitive demand generation engine.
  • Provide strategic recommendations regarding team development, hiring, performance, promotions, and other people-management decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in B2B marketing within the technology sector; cybersecurity experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience managing and developing marketing teams, particularly within email marketing, webinar, or digital event functions.
  • Strong track record managing multi-channel digital marketing programs and external agencies, vendors, and technology platforms.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting spend, and reporting on program performance and business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
  • Expert-level understanding of end-to-end digital marketing strategy, execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate performance data into practical improvements.
  • Significant experience negotiating with and managing digital vendors and platform providers.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, pipeline development, audience engagement, and full-funnel marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
