Snr/Sales Associate

A high fashion sales associate delivers personalized client service, drives boutique sales targets, and acts as a brand ambassador.

Key Responsibilities

• Clienteling: Build lasting relationships with high-potential clients through personalized follow-ups, maintaining client books, and scheduling private viewings.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through expert cross-selling and upselling.
• Brand Representation: Maintain impeccable personal grooming and uniform standards aligned with the fashion house.
• Visual Merchandising: Keep displays pristine and assist in upholding the brand's aesthetic standards on the sales floor.
• Operations: Handle inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and accurate Point of Sale (POS) operations.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within high-end fashion or luxury retail.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills; multilingual abilities (such as Mandarin) are often preferred for international clientele.
• Attributes: Fashion-savvy, well-groomed, highly adaptable, and customer-centric.
• Availability: Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
