Oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications

Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation phase and post-deployment

Design and lead integration of ServiceNow with alternate tools and platforms
