SOC Analyst

I. PURPOSE
Support and participate in initiatives that enhance service operations and enable new service offerings, driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer retention.

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time.
• Follow established processes and escalation protocols.
• Report key events and support shift handovers.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance workflows and documentation.
• Promote a positive and respectful work environment.
• Adhere to company policies and standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Key Functions:

• Availability & Capacity Management: Monitor performance, ensure thresholds are met, and escalate issues.
• IT Service Continuity & Risk Management: Support BCP execution and report operational risks.
• Service Level Management: Ensure SLAs are consistently met.
• Client Support & Incident Management: Perform triage, handle incidents/requests, restore services, and support RCA.
• Access & Asset Management: Execute access controls and monitor asset lifecycle.
• Problem & Process Management: Provide data for corrective actions and follow operational processes.
• Knowledge & Continuous Improvement: Maintain documentation and support improvement initiatives.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
Graduate of any IT-related course (e.g., Computer Studies, IT, Computer/Electronics Engineering).

Experience/Training:

• At least 1 year in SOC operations or completion of the TRENDS Cadetship Program.
• With training or certification in IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity.
