SOC Analyst- Shift Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day SOC operations and manage shift activities.
• Investigate and respond to threat alerts from Wiz/CSPM or equivalent cloud security platforms.
• Perform EDR/XDR alert analysis and endpoint threat investigations.
• Conduct phishing and email security analysis, including malicious URLs, attachments, and BEC incidents.
• Analyze and correlate alerts across SIEM, EDR, CSPM, email, cloud, and identity platforms.
• Handle security incidents, escalations, containment, and remediation coordination.
• Mentor L1 analysts and provide technical guidance during complex investigations.
• Communicate incident findings, impact, and remediation recommendations effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of SOC/Cybersecurity experience, with experience as a Senior SOC Analyst / L2 / Shift Lead.
• Hands-on experience with Wiz or other CSPM/CNAPP tools.
• Strong experience with EDR/XDR platforms such as CrowdStrike.
• Strong phishing/email investigation experience.
• Experience with SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel / Splunk / Google SecOps.
• Good understanding of Incident Response, MITRE ATT&CK, Threat Intelligence, and Threat Hunting.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.
