SOC MANAGER

oin NTT DATA and lead a team at the forefront of cybersecurity defense. We are looking for an experienced SOC Manager to oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) activities, drive incident response excellence, and lead a team of security professionals protecting our clients' critical environments.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 SOC Analysts, Incident Responders, and Threat Hunters.
• Oversee security monitoring, threat detection, incident investigation, and response operations.
• Act as the primary escalation point for major cybersecurity incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement of SOC processes, detection capabilities, and operational performance.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational procedures, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and security partners to strengthen cyber resilience.
• Mentor and develop high-performing cybersecurity teams.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience with a strong background in SOC operations and incident response.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing SOC teams.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM and EDR/XDR technologies such as Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Splunk, CrowdStrike, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of threat detection, incident management, and security operations.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SC-200, GCIH, or equivalent are an advantage.
