Project Summary

We are looking for a SOC Onboarding & Integration Specialist to support the Log Onboarding Factory within the Security Operations Center. The role focuses on onboarding log sources, integrating custom technologies into SIEM platforms, connector configuration, troubleshooting, documentation maintenance, and coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders. The position requires strong expertise in SIEM technologies and onboarding systems, especially for custom integrations.

Goals and deliverables

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities

• Onboard logs following onboarding guidelines and processes

• Identify prerequisites for log source onboarding

• Configure connectors and IP setup

• Request and follow up firewall flow openings

• Guide source device configuration according to logging standards

• Validate event reception and troubleshoot onboarding issues

• Communicate onboarding progress and blocking points

• Formalize and maintain onboarding documentation

• Define logging standards, connector configuration, and mapping tables

• Coordinate onboarding demands and projects with stakeholders

• Contribute to solution design and project scoping as SME

• Liaise with SIEM Platform Management teams

• Track onboarding and connector configuration changes

• Coordinate onboarding planning and issue management across teams

• Support onboarding of custom technologies and systems

• Collaborate with vendors and third-party onboarding teams

Experience Required

Mandatory Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience with at least one SIEM technology

• Experience with Sentinel preferred

• Experience with ArcSight or other up-to-date SIEM technologies accepted

• Strong experience onboarding systems and custom technologies

• Experience developing, modifying, maintaining, and documenting custom connectors

• Ability to troubleshoot onboarding and integration issues

• Experience in Information Security

• Experience in IT environments

• Strong English level

• Experience working in collaborative/team environments

• SIEM technology expert profile

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of experience overall

• Experience with Linux and Windows administration/troubleshooting

• Experience supporting vendors

• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation

• Experience participating in solution design and project scoping

Education

• Degree in Computing, IT, or Engineering
