SOC Operator | Fresh Graduates Welcome

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible SOC Operator to support daily SOC operations in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage SOC system accounts and access permissions according to established procedures, and assist onsite teams in resolving access and permission-related issues.
• Review and verify daily security data submitted by different sites, identify potential risks, escalate issues, and follow up with local teams until resolution.
• Monitor and respond to online SOC system alerts and coordinate with onsite teams to investigate and resolve abnormalities.
• Assist onsite teams in handling operational issues related to the SOC system.
• Support the testing, validation and acceptance of SOC hardware equipment together with onsite teams.

About you

• Singapore-based candidates who are able to start within a short period are preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of working experience are also welcome.
• Able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English for daily work communication.
• Candidates with IT, warehouse, asset management, technical support, operations, or related experience/backgrounds will be an advantage.
• Good cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to follow established procedures accurately.
• Good teamwork and willingness to learn.
