SOC System Performance Engineer

• System analysis: Gather data to evaluate and analyze platform performance/energy and workload behavior 2. Tool development: Create in house tool to speed up performance evaluation and analysis 3. Performance optimization: Co-work with cross-function teams to optimize system performance/energy/workload behavior

Main Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications:
• 1. Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 2. Experience using programming/scripting languages (e.g. C/C++, Python, bash, …)
• Preferred qualifications:
• 1. 1~ 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• 2. Understand ARM architecture
• 3. Experience in Android/Linux performance tools (e.g. systrace, perfetto, eBPF, …)
• Experience in power analysis and power data acquisition tools (e.g. power monitor, NI DAQ, ...)
• 5. Experience in system performance/power/workload analysis.
• 6. Experience in tools development for test environment automation.
• 7. Understanding of KPI of hardware and software workloads.
