Social & Content Coordinator (Analytics + Planning)

We’re looking for a highly organized, analytics-minded Social & Content Coordinator to help strengthen and systemize our social media operation. This role is ideal for someone who loves social media culture and can turn performance data into clear, practical improvements. You’ll work closely with our creative team to plan content, coordinate execution, and produce reporting that helps drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities (Must-Haves):

• Own and maintain a weekly and monthly social content calendar (deadlines, deliverables, posting plan, and priorities) Coordinate with internal team members (creative, marketing, and leadership) to brief content needs and keep production on track Monitor performance across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok) and translate insights into clear action items (what to do more/less of, what to test next) Prepare weekly reporting and a monthly performance recap with takeaways (not just screenshots) Ensure posts are properly packaged for execution: captions, creative notes, links, tagging requirements, and QA checks Maintain brand consistency across visuals, tone, and messaging
