Social Commerce Manager

About the role

Vida Nutriscience Inc is seeking a Social Commerce Manager to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Bahay Toro, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As Social Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social commerce strategies that drive sales, engagement, and brand awareness across all social media platforms. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our digital marketing efforts and e-commerce operations, directly contributing to revenue growth and customer acquisition targets. You will oversee the end-to-end management of social selling initiatives, ensuring seamless integration between our brand presence and commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social commerce strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging social channels to maximize sales and conversion rates
• Manage product listings, catalogs, and inventory synchronization across all social commerce platforms
• Create, curate and optimize engaging content specifically designed for social selling, including product imagery, videos, and promotional copy
• Monitor and analyze social commerce performance metrics, including conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend
• Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure all social commerce content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints on social commerce channels, ensuring excellent customer service standards
• Oversee social commerce advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and bid management
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within social commerce
• Develop and maintain relationships with social media platform representatives and partners to ensure access to new features and optimization opportunities
• Train and support team members on social commerce best practices and platform updates
• Report regularly on key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of proven experience in social commerce management, digital marketing, or e-commerce roles
• Demonstrated expertise in managing social commerce platforms such as Facebook Shop, Instagram Shopping, TikTok Shop, or Shopee Live
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, consumer behavior, and online sales funnel optimization
• Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and e-commerce platforms to track performance and identify opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling marketing copy
• Experience with content management systems and ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex metrics
• Proven track record of increasing online sales and improving customer engagement through social commerce initiatives
• Familiarity with the health, wellness, or nutrition industry would be advantageous
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Creativity and innovation in approach to social selling and customer engagement
• Knowledge of paid social advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads is desirable
