Social Compliance Auditor

Responsibilities:

• Conduct third-party audits and other types of audits in accordance with company procedures and applicable accreditation standards.
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and quality of audit reports.
• Conduct appropriate follow-up actions to support clients’ operational improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field. Degree in Chemical, Law, Environmental Studies, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in Social Compliance.
• Must meet the APSCA Competency Framework skill requirements at CSCA level. ASCA certification may be considered when supported by relevant experience.
• Certification in SA8000 or IRCA Social Systems Lead Auditor, or an equivalent qualification, is preferred.
• Knowledge/certification in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
