SOCIAL CONTENT CREATOR

Job Objective

To create engaging and professional social media content that strengthens the company's brand image, increases online visibility, generates potential customer enquiries and promotes the company's interior design, renovation and commercial fit-out services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Planning & Creation

• Plan monthly social media content calendars.
• Create photos, videos, reels, posters and marketing captions.
• Develop creative content based on interior design, renovation, carpentry and completed projects.
• Prepare educational content, renovation tips and behind-the-scenes videos.

2. Social Media Management

• Manage the company's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu and website accounts.
• Schedule and publish content consistently.
• Monitor comments, messages and customer enquiries.
• Follow social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities.

3. Project Photography & Videography

• Visit project sites to capture progress and completed works.
• Photograph interior spaces, carpentry details, materials and site activities.
• Edit photos and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Coordinate with the project team to obtain accurate project information.

4. Marketing & Brand Development

• Maintain consistent company branding and visual identity.
• Prepare marketing materials, company portfolios and project showcases.
• Support promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities.
• Ensure all content is accurate and approved by management before publication.

5. Performance Monitoring

• Track content reach, engagement, followers and customer enquiries.
• Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
• Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
• Improve content quality and strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
