We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and talented Social Content Producer to join Momentum Agency.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn a good marketing idea into content people actually want to watch.

You’ll work across organic and paid social, helping plan concepts, write hooks and scripts, shoot content, edit short-form video and collaborate with our wider creative team to bring campaigns to life.

Your focus will be on the creative side:

What should we make? Why should we make it? And how do we make it amazing?

This role is available for immediate start, applications are open until the 31st of October.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work from clear strategic direction provided by our team and turn it into social-first creative across a wide range of clients and industries.

That includes:

• Developing social-first content ideas

• Planning organic and paid creative

• Writing hooks, scripts and content concepts

• Shooting vertical video and short-form content

• Editing Reels and other short-form video

• Creating paid social concepts and creative variations

• Working with our Video Producer on larger or higher-production shoots

About you

You’re someone who:

• Understands social media and how people consume content
• Can confidently shoot and edit short-form video
• Has strong creative instincts
• Understands hooks, storytelling and attention
• Can take a brief and turn it into practical ideas
• Is comfortable working across both organic and paid creative
• Is organised and reliable

Agency experience is useful, but not essential.

We care more about whether you can think creatively, understand the purpose behind the content and actually execute.
