Role Description

The Social Content Strategist is a full-time, remote role responsible for shaping Crumble’s brand presence across social platforms. This role involves planning and executing social content calendars, developing campaigns that highlight Crumble’s cookware and wellness-focused mission, and creating engaging written and visual content tailored to each channel.

The Social Content Strategist will collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with brand objectives. Daily tasks include analyzing performance metrics, optimizing content based on audience insights, managing community interactions, and staying current with social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy across social media and digital channels.
• Experience with Content Management tools and processes for scheduling, publishing, and maintaining social content.
• Proficiency in Content Development for campaigns, including concepts, messaging, and asset briefs.
• Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills for posts, captions, blogs, and other brand communications.
• Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms, audience segmentation, and analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience in lifestyle, wellness, food, or consumer goods industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Chatgpt or Higgsfield or equivalent

Also responsible for

As a small team, there'll be times you're asked to jump in outside the core scope above — this isn't the main job, but it's part of it.

• Ad hoc edits and reviews — catching brand/content issues across other parts of the business (packaging copy, emails, decks) when asked.

• General brand support wherever a second pair of eyes or a quick turnaround is needed.

• Founder — brand direction sign-off, resourcing.

• Growth — joint prioritisation of content production; performance data informing the roadmap.

• The content team — creators and producers you brief, direct and coach.

• Influencers — external creators you brief and hold to spec.
