Social Creative

We’re hiring: Social Creative - Dublin

Simply Social is growing our Dublin team, and we’re looking for a Social Creative who lives and breathes the internet.

We don’t mean someone who just knows how to make a nice-looking Reel.

We’re looking for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, what’s happening on TikTok before it hits the brand deck, and how to turn trends, cultural moments and simple observations into genuinely entertaining social content.

You’ll be coming up with ideas, shooting content, getting in front of the camera when needed, editing, reacting quickly to trends and helping some brilliant brands behave more like creators.

You should:

• Be obsessed with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and internet culture

• Have a constant stream of ideas

• Know how to shoot and edit great social content

• Understand hooks, formats, trends and what actually drives attention

• Be comfortable making content quickly - not everything needs a three-week production schedule

• Be equally happy working from a brief or spotting an opportunity yourself

• Have strong creative taste, but understand that performance matters too

• Want to work in a fast-growing, social-first agency

🏢 Hybrid, with plenty of time creating and shooting with the team

Simply Social is building a different kind of agency - social-first from the ground up, with creative, strategy and production sitting together.

If that sounds like you, send us your CV/portfolio and, most importantly, some examples of social content you’ve actually made.
