Social Development Assistant

ASSIGNED LOCATION

• AFPFC MPC Main Office - Col Bonny Serrano Ave. Cor 18th Ave., Brgy. San Roque (Murphy), Cubao, Quezon City

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the position.
• Knowledge of cooperative principles and practices.
• Familiarity with CDA regulations, cooperative by-laws, and governance policies is an advantage.
• Experience working in cooperative or similar organization is preferred.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of social development programs and activities of the cooperative**.**
• Coordinate seminars, training, orientations, and community-based initiatives for members and stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and logistical support during program activities and events. and
• Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, attendance records, and program evaluations.

AFP Finance Center Multi-Purpose Cooperative is a primary multi-purpose cooperative whose objectives and purposes are set forth in the Articles of Cooperation and those generally granted under the Philippine Cooperative Code. Governed by the values and principles of a cooperative, its current engagement involves thrift and savings mobilization, credit services, and consumers.
