Social Ecommerce Manager

工作职责:

• Oversee Douyin operations for the account; drive the achievement of core KPIs (business SAP and Paid-Media ROI), covering product strategy, account strategy,content strategy, KOL， forecast planning Etc
• Manage and optimize the Douyin paid media team and short video content assets; collaborate with internal brand teamsas well as external Douyin partner.
• Manage and guide DP's operation strategy and execution to ensure the achievement of business targets for Douyin pillar and next-pillar products
• Monitor DP's daily operations and live broadcast performance to ensure the effective protection of brand equity and achievement of business objectives.
• Establish and maintain good cooperative relations between Klorane and Douyin platform to secure access to platform e-commerce policies and resources
• Qian-chuan Content Strategy: Analyze Qian-chuan short video strategies across the overall haircare market, covering key competitors.
• KOL management across all social EC platforms，incl Douyin,Kuaishou,RED, Wechat，deliver GMV&margin, keep synergy with self-run & other channels.

任职条件:

• At least 5 years e-commerce operation experience, Tiktok is must.
• Experience in Store Live & KOL Management and have related resource is a plus.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good creative content sense
• Good team player with extroverted personality and problem-solving/learning attitude with sense of responsibility
