Social Growth Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Global Social & Growth Lead to completely own and modernize BeautyCam’s presence across Western and diaspora markets.

Your mission is to build a dual-engine growth framework: aggressively capturing the overseas Chinese and Asian diaspora (students, expats, and immigrants) via private domain playbooks, while simultaneously scaling BeautyCam's mainstream cultural footprint on TikTok and Instagram across the US, Brazil, and Europe.

In this role, you will ensure that viral social content translates directly into our core metrics: App Downloads and Long-Term User Retention.

In This Role, You Will:

1. Mainstream Social Media Platform Ownership (IG & TikTok): Architect and execute BeautyCam's organic content strategy on TikTok and Instagram to drive rapid User Acquisition (UA) in the US and Latin America.
2. Micro-Influencer Pool & Local KOL Management: Build a systematic, repeatable framework for sourcing, contracting, and managing localized Western beauty, fashion, and lifestyle micro-influencers. Maintain an active, low-cost creator pool to continuously generate localized assets, drastically lowering content creation costs and optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
3. Diaspora Private Domain (私域) & Community Infrastructure

Dominate the Overseas Diaspora: Run hyper-targeted online activations dedicated entirely to scaling BeautyCam among the Chinese population (students, expats, and immigrants) across North America, South America, and Europe.

4.The Social-to-App Bridge (Funnel & Onboarding Integration)

Eliminate Product Silos: Ensure that visual hooks, filters, or editing features that went viral on TikTok or RED are seamlessly matched with the in-app onboarding experience.

We are looking for someone who...

• Experience: 5+ years of experience managing global social media channels (TikTok/Instagram) or digital user acquisition for consumer apps. Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is required.
• Platform Mastery: Dual-fluency in both Western and Chinese social ecosystems. You must possess deep execution skills on TikTok/IG algorithms and creator landscapes, as well as WeChat community management and Xiaohongshu (RED) operations.
• Cultural Blueprint: Personal experience living, working, or studying abroad (specifically in North America, Europe, or Brazil) to deeply understand the lifestyle nuances of both the diaspora and local mainstream consumers.
