Role Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Social. This is an exciting role of a Manager - Paid Social requires you to creatively manage digital media campaigns for our global brands. Your expertise of ad tech and knowledge of the Digital Market Cycle would make you a great fit for this position. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the Top Global brands and own large and reputed accounts. Need to support Global clients and account Managers of our Media Solutions team

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Owns day-to-day performance of campaigns – completely accountable for performance
• Trains specialist and analyst level team members on best practices
• Evangelizes SOP best practices internally: Including targeting, bidding, platforms, data usage, ideas, client funnel optimization
• Active point person for agency on campaign performance, optimization, and reporting
• Leading agency briefing discussions and collaborative planning meetings
• In-depth knowledge of:
  • Paid social optimizations (proactive and reactive)
  • Forecasting and opportunity/gap analysis
  • Campaign management tools, including bid rules/management
  • Advanced search engine or social knowledge
  • Monitoring new search or social trends and products and evaluating application to client
  • Research tools/competitive analysis
  • Budget/pacing and billing
  • Understanding integrated media and industry trends.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• A full-time graduate degree (Mandatory)
• 8 to 10 years of experience in media/analytics/data
• Have polished presentation, communication and listening skills
• Have strong organizational skills as applied through an ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Be confident in analysing and acting on marketing data
• Previous experience working in account management role
• Strong relationship building skills, which include maintaining positive client and vendor relationships
  • 6 to 9 years’ experience in social media marketing with demonstrated successes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Able to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
• Strong analytical skills with superior attention to detail
• Resourceful and self-motivated.
