Key responsibilities

• Support with influencer discovery and evaluation
• Predict performance of content basis historical data
• Research and analysis of relevant data of social media accounts on major platforms like Instagram & YouTube
• Support with quantitative research on platforms, markets,influencers etc using certain inhouse tools as well as other tools
• Support with landscape research for platforms, markets etc via online research
• Supporting team in data collation and cleaning for various tasks
• Supporting in reporting campaign numbers & drawing insights

Skills

• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Quick and open to learning new tools.
• Strong interest in social media, creator culture, digital media, and entertainment.
• Understanding of social media formats, algorithms, and audience engagement metrics.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
