Social media & Business Development Representative

We are excited to announce an opening for a social media & Business Development Representative to join our growing team at Klinik Medical Center.

In this dynamic, hybrid role, you will serve as one of the primaries, recognizable faces of our medical center—bridging the gap between our brand, our community, and our patients.

Role Overview

• Reports to: Marketing Manager & Business Development Manager
• Department: Marketing & Business Development
• Location: Klinik Medical Center - Salmiya

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Ambassadorship & On-Camera Presence: Be the vibrant face of our medical center across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms by starring in Reels, stories, interviews, and product launches.
• Event & External Representation: Represent the medical center at exhibitions, activations, corporate activities, and networking meetings.
• Strategic Support: Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager on campaigns and content creation, and assist the Business Development Manager with partnerships and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Market Insight: Keep a pulse on the Kuwait market, local trends, and competitor activities to bring fresh ideas to the table.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, PR, or Business (preferred).
• Strong familiarity with the Kuwait market and local culture.
• Must-have: Excellent spoken Kuwaiti Arabic with a natural accent, alongside strong bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English).
• Outgoing, charismatic, and completely comfortable in front of the camera and in public settings.
• Energetic, presentable, and digitally savvy with a strong understanding of current social media trends.
• Prior experience in media, healthcare, beauty, hospitality, events, or brand ambassadorship is a major plus!
