Social Media and Client Communications Coordinator

We're a growing lawn care and Christmas light company, and we're on the hunt for someone to help out in our office part-time. This role is a mix of office support and creative marketing help: assisting with tasks in office, managing social media, coordinating graphic design projects, taking in-field photos/videos, creating email campaigns, standardizing our client communications, buildling automations for efficiency, and customer appreciation touches like special occasion gift deliveries and baking cookies!

This isn't a marketing specialist role; we're not looking for deep expertise there, just someone organized, dependable, and adaptable, who also happens to enjoy design, advertising, and creative projects.

The position is part-time (15-30 hours/week), and you can work anytime MondayThursday between 8:30 AM and 4 PM (whatever works best for your schedule).

Pay: $18/hour Perks: School breaks off, flexible hours, PTO, and a team that truly values family and work-life balance.

This role could stay part-time or grow into something more long-term down the road, depending on your interests, skills, and what you'd like to do. We're open to shaping it around the right person.
