Social Media & Community Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Community Management: Build, manage, and oversee communities across Facebook Groups, Telegram, Viber, and other platforms.
• Social Media Oversight: Operate official accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
• KOL/KOC Strategy: Develop influencer strategies to boost content creation, distribution, and conversion.
• Localized Content: Create content tailored to local culture and user preferences.
• Campaign Support: Drive exposure through marketing campaigns, trending topics, and viral materials.
• Performance Analysis: Track reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions; conduct post-campaign reviews for optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in professional roles, with at least 2 years in international social media/community operations. Gaming industry background preferred.
• Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of global social media ecosystems and user behavior.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English as a working language.
• Content & Communication: Strong planning and communication abilities.
• Data-Driven: Ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns based on insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Local Network: Existing connections with KOLs and community resources in the Philippines.
• Crisis Management: Experience handling public sentiment, user issues, and crisis communications.
