SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT CREATION

About the role

The Social Media & Content Specialist is responsible for managing brand channels, producing compelling multimedia content, supporting digital campaigns, and using performance insights to improve reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars, including the scheduling and publishing of social media content
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement to maintain an active, responsive, and professional online presence
• Identify opportunities to increase audience engagement, reach, and brand awareness
• Develop creative concepts and content for social media, promotions, events, products, and services
• Produce and edit photos, videos, Reels, TikToks, graphics, captions, and other marketing materials
• Research current trends and collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute social media and digital marketing campaigns
• Monitor social media performance and audience engagement across active platforms
• Track follower growth, reach, impressions, and individual content performance
• Prepare clear, basic monthly social media performance reports

About you

• Basic Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Lightroom and Intermediate Canvas
• Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or InShot
• Meta Business Suite and TikTok Studio
• Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Notion
• ChatGPT, Claude, and AI-assisted content creation
• Basic Camera/DSLR handling
• Portfolio required showcasing relevant social media, design, photography, video or content creation work
