Paws & Explore at Barth Farm, Scraptoft, Leicestershire

Part-time, up to 12 hours per week | £13 per hour (depending on experience) | Immediate start

We're looking for someone creative and enthusiastic to manage the social media for Paws &

Explore, our brand-new dog day care in Scraptoft.

We want to share what goes on at the farm: the dogs enjoying their day, behind-the-scenes

moments, events and updates. We need someone who can capture these moments and turn

them into engaging content that grows our online presence.

The role starts with a paid one-month trial, with the opportunity to become permanent for the

right person.

What you'll be doing

• Managing our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts
• Taking and editing photos and short videos of the dogs and daily farm activities
• Writing captions and creating posts, reels and stories to keep our pages active
• Replying to comments and messages in a friendly, timely way
• Promoting events, offers and business news
• Checking which posts perform best using Instagram, Facebook and TikTok insights
• Coming up with ideas to attract new customers and increase engagement

Some of your time will be spent on site with the dogs. Planning, editing and scheduling can be

done from home. Working days are flexible, but we need consistency and regular visits to the

farm. Occasional evening work may be required.

What we're looking for

• Experience managing social media accounts and creating content
• Good photography and video skills using a mobile phone or similar
• Confidence with Canva, CapCut or similar editing tools
• Good written English and an eye for detail
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently
• A genuine interest in dogs and comfortable in a farm environment
• A full UK driving licence and your own transport, as the farm is in a rural location
