GOAT Nutriment is a growing food startup focused on creating healthy and convenient breakfast smoothies. We are looking for a Social Media & Customer Relations Executive to support our social media, customer engagement, and marketing activities.

About the Job

Location: Ekkattuthangal, Chennai
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Experience: 0–5 Years
Work Location: On-site
Pay: Up to ₹15,000 per month for full-time; ₹7,000 per month for part-time

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.
• Create social media posts, captions, and basic visual content using Canva or similar tools.
• Plan and maintain the social media content schedule.
• Schedule and publish posts regularly.
• Research relevant social media trends and suggest content ideas.
• Respond to customer questions through social media and other communication channels.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer records.
• Assist with setting up and managing digital advertising campaigns.
• Monitor basic social media and advertising performance.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain basic customer and marketing records.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or customer engagement.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with the team.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
