Tann Line Studio is looking for a proactive, creative, and organised Social Media & Customer Service Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on role combining social media management, content coordination, and customer service within our fashion label.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest accounts
• Plan, schedule, and publish social media content
• Create captions and assist with content ideas
• Monitor social media performance, trends, and engagement
• Respond to comments, DMs, and customer enquiries
• Handle customer questions regarding products, orders, shipping, returns, and refunds
• Monitor orders and follow up on shipping issues
• Manage basic Shopify updates and order administration
• Assist with photoshoots, UGC, product launches, and other brand activities
• Support the Creative Director and brand team with day-to-day tasks

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in social media, customer service, e-commerce, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Creative with a strong interest in fashion and visual content
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Shopify, Canva, and CapCut experience is a plus
