About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented part-time team member to help monitor social media platforms and assist with online safety research. Your main job will be managing online profiles, observing how users interact, and logging data to help identify internet safety threats and predatory behavior.

What You Will Do:

• Manage Chat Profiles: Keep up daily, casual messaging on designated social media accounts using specific profile guidelines.
• Track Data: Take screenshots of chat logs and save important account details (usernames, phone numbers, links).
• Organize Files: Keep simple, neat folders of your conversations so they can be reviewed by our team.
• Spot Warning Signs: Watch for inappropriate messaging or rule-breaking behavior from other users.

What We Are Looking For:

• Social Media Savvy: You know your way around TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and basic messaging apps.
• Reliable & Organized: You can commit to checking messages twice a day (morning and evening) and keeping clean notes.
• Good Writing Skills: You can chat naturally online and maintain a consistent tone.
• Maturity: You can handle seeing or reading uncomfortable text conversations professionally without taking them personally.
• Tech Basics: Comfortable using basic tools like Google Drive or Dropbox to upload screenshots.

Pay: From $200.00 per week
