Social Media Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a Social Media Executive who can manage social media platforms, create engaging content, assist with digital advertising campaigns, and efficiently handle multiple tasks on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
• Develop social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
• Manage and monitor Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
• Have basic knowledge of setting up, running, and monitoring Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, reach, engagement, leads, and other basic metrics.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions when required.
• Coordinate with the marketing and design team for content and campaigns.
• Stay updated with social media trends, advertising techniques, and digital marketing practices.
• Handle multiple tasks and assignments in a single day while meeting deadlines.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Must be a graduate.
• Only candidates who have completed their graduation will be considered. Candidates currently pursuing any degree/course are NOT eligible.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and basic knowledge of Google Ads.
• Understanding of campaign creation, audience targeting, ad creatives, budgets, and basic performance tracking.
• Knowledge of designing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Express, Figma, Canva, or other graphic-design tools.
• Ability to create attractive and professional social media creatives.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn new tools and technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Experience with video-editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools will be an advantage.
• Ability to independently handle day-to-day social media and digital marketing activities.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be a graduate with at least 6 months of relevant experience, have a good command of English, understand social media and paid advertising, have basic design skills, and be capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a single working day.

Pay: ₹10,000.65 - ₹15,700.81 per month
